Colour scheme for shabby chic french bedroom with dark window?

I want to redecorate my room but have no idea what colour scheme I should go with. The colours that have to stay are the very dark brown windows and the gold brass bed. I’m also hoping to have a wooden floor, also not sure of what colour that should be. Any help?

If you are wanting to keep the shabby-chic look, then consider having the floor painted in a white limewash that will show hints of the natural timber through it. Apply a light coat and see how good it looks!
Then for the walls, I would go for a soft pastel color like pale green, blue or pink. This is the traditional shabby-chic look. Feminine and floral are the features if you want to stay true to the style.
The brass bed will be just right, and you can have some light colored curtains, or off-white timer blinds (Eco-blinds are great and cheap, too) to add to your look.
