Does anyone know the name of the Plastic Wafer Looking Curtain Clothe for making Drapes?

It was like an as seen on tv instant curtain plastic wafer thing which it was flat and wide and the length of the window but all you had to do is pull the fabric you wanted through the hole and lope according to what design you wanted and hem the edges. My mom used it in the 90′s, and I think it came out then. Please Please help me find it. Too lazy, and unskilled to do real curtains!
