About cleaning sheer curtains?
I have ivory Lucerne sheers (JCPenney) on windows that are oak-trimmed. When it rained the sill leaked and the sheers got wet, but when dried I noticed they looked like they absorbed a stain from the wood trim. Can this be removed? Do sheers have to be drycleaned or can I hand wash?
You can try to rewash the curtains on the gentle cycle with a very small bit of bleach. I don’t dry my sheers in the dryer. I hang them up damp and they dry on there own without any wrinkles.
