Where or how can I get black tier curtains?
I purchased a black and white valance for my bathroom which has a longer window so for the bottom half of the window I want a tier or tab top (not sure the correct name of it). A curtain that covers from the middle of the window down approx 36 inches down and 60inches across. How can I get this? I’ve looked online everywhere! Help!
Making this type of curtain is very easy. Certainly you must know someone who is a seamstress. Consider making your own so you have exactly what you want.
