Rental Agreement between LANDLORD: TENANT DETAILS: ADDRESS: RENTING PERIOD: Commencing October 2006, until March 2007 RENTING TARIFF: Sum agreed of for the total period, payable in advance.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of is payable in advance. Any damage of breakages will be deducted from the deposit, at the end of the period, should any occur. EXTENSIONS: None Available UTILITIES: Not included. Payment for these is to be made after vacation of the property. (Meter readings will be taken prior to, and at the end of occupation.) SMOKING: No smoking inside the property – only in outside areas.
CLEANING: The Tenant will be responsible for maintaining the property during the rental period and will leave the property in the condition in which it was found.
